Focus on how the solution can be realised
What do you bring with you into this phase?
You have a prototype from the previous phase which you have tested on your customers.
Objective for the phase
The objective is to develop a business model for the solution.
You now have a prototype in place, and you should determine as soon as possible how it will affect the existing business model. What is the value proposition for customers? Who are the most important partners to work with to realise the solution? What costs and revenue will it involve? The potential for value creation does not become clear until the solution is tested as part of a business model.
2 steps
You need only work with one tool during this phase. It is, however, an important tool that you will have to spend a bit of time on. Get started with the process for determining how the proposed solution can create value for the business.
