Reporting

Your business generates data that provides the foundation for the management and planning of operations. This data may be, for example, key figures and KPIs that various people within the business depend on to be able to make choices and decisions. Perhaps this data is currently a little too accessible to everyone at the company?

If you are one of those people who likes to store reports locally on your PC, then you are luckily (unfortunately) not alone.  There are plenty of people who do this! Imagine that you have to attend a board meeting and you know that you will have to spend a day compiling various financial reports. With a digital reporting solution, you avoid this, and the company’s employees can access reports and KPIs for the business based on real-time data. This approach saves employees a great deal of time, as they avoid compiling figures and reporting through non-real-time solutions, such as Excel sheets and text documents. Online reports can be accessed on PCs, tablets and mobiles.

There is no end of reporting tools that can be used to process and visualise data. Many solutions come with standardised KPIs and are now so flexible that you can specify and filter KPIs according to need and interest, without the help of an external consultant.
