Digital meetings, webinars and workshops
With a new working life for many, tasks and planned meetings have to be performed in new ways – from the home office.
Perhaps you had plans to gather colleagues for a creative workshop, or perhaps your intention was to organise an inspirational talk?
With the right digital tools, there’s no reason to postpone these activities. We live in a digital world, which means you can now achieve a great deal from your office chair at home.
Popular tools for video conferences or webinars are: Zoom, Teams, Easymeeting, Atea Anywhere, Goplenum, Whereby, Google Hangouts (Meet for meetings) and Cisco WebEx.
Workshops are still a hugely effective way of solving challenges and producing good, creative solutions together, and there are digital tools that can recreate a lot of what we are used to from traditional workshops. You can, for example, try out the tools Miro and Mural, which offer a number of excellent features, such as whiteboards, digital post-its, the option for group work, brainstorming and prioritisation of ideas.
